He has grown from dust to stone, moulded by wind and water. His eyes are an intoxicating shade of navy, with long wisps of black waved forelock constantly guarding his gaze like black out curtains in a theatre room. Harsh terrain has earned muscle along his chest and neck, following through to his hindquarters. His wings flow out like heavy sails, made of feather that lifts his draft-like body upwards at the lift of the wind. Black-onyx coat hides him in the shadows, the only reveal is his aquamarine tiger-like markings from the top of his hoof, to the tip of his knee before fading into charcoal. He is sturdy, and masculine, with thick a thick mane and tail made of horse hair. Only one large aquamarine feather nests in the centre of his thick tail, peaking out when the wind blows.

Gryffon is comparable to dealing with a hellion of a man. He is guarded, quiet, reserved, anti-social, quick to anger, and easily triggered. His minimum exposure to communicating has made him incapable of expressing feelings through words, and he is more barbaric and rogue in his reactions. He is passionate in how he feels, like an unexposed teenager. He isn't one for women, he believes they are all insane like his mother. He also isn't one for men, because they made his mother that way.

He was raised by a mare whom never had a name, who spent a majority of her time hidden in the shadows. He was a burden, a danger, revealing her of her secrecy and threatening her safety. He was abandoned at six, left to fend during a harsh winter that threatened to take his ear tips and freeze his heart. Through resilience and desperation, he made his way through a snowy season to where the sun heated the turf. Since then he has been a wanderer, a no man, dedicated to nothing, living for no purpose. He has remained hidden in the shadows, mindlessly following in the mare's footsteps. A sad hole to fall in.
