Pippin is a two year old pegasus stallion from a place called the Shire; a wonderful place full of halflings like himself. Pip stands at a striking 10hh tall! That is one whole inch taller than his father, he'd have you know. The colour of stone is he, with a dark chocolatey-coloured face and legs - sometimes he has heard this colour called a blue roan, though, in the Shire it is hugely common and it's simply called goose-coloured. This goose-coloured halfling is also spotted with striking splashes of white including a blaze, a sock, and white shoulder. His mane and tail are black, his eyes the colour of thin clouds on a blue day. Pippigrin also proudly owns a pair of wings similar to the king you might see on a falcon, and gifted by his mixed genetics are the two rams prongs upon his head. Humble folk who generally don't think far beyond their next meal, the halflings of the shire are a merry bunch of mythical beings that commonly go undiscovered in the great wide word. There are three kinds; Those from over-the-hill, those from under-the-hill, and the under-the-underhills. The Overhills are gifted with flight and wings, the most agile of hobbit breeds, and generally the tallest - they are commonly found in large community groups in hilltop treehouses. The Underhills are less gifted, not with flight nor magic, however have a most powerful resitance to all kinds of magic. They are the largest (as in... roundest) of all hobbits, though not the tallest, sometimes weighing up to a staggering 300kg. They live in burrows in the hillside. The under-underhills are the smallest of all hobbits, averaging around 8hh, gifted with magic generally not obtainable by any normal forest being. They always have horns and have unnatural coat colours. The tallest under-underhill ever recorded was a staggering 9.1hh tall. Under-underhilsl live in swamps under the hills, not often coming above the mist. Hybrids are vastly uncommon and almost never occur as all three kinds of hobbits rarely get along. There is a hugely racist attitude among the different species of halfling, though one notable hybrid does exist; Pippigrin Littlefoot, who is Overhill x Under-Underhill.
