An appaloosa colouring of black and white with slight bay hints on his face (mostly his nose) and behind the elbow joint. His face is mostly black while a line of white extends from his left ear down through his eye and to the back of his chin - the other side does not display this trait. Regalia's neck only has a slight hint of white, a few splashes and dots along it's muscular length but the black dissolves into white after the withers. Two white socks decorate his front legs, beginning just above his fetlock joints while his hooves adopt the same pearl look of his coat, the only hint of black appearing in grey-looking lines on the hoof. Regalia's barrel shows the cremello trait of a slight pink patch on his stifle and abdomen as well as between his back legs. His rump meanwhile displays the typical pattern of appaloosas with large splodges mixed with smaller patterns. Down his thigh and gaskin however the black once again takes hold, dissolving into the white before stopping just below the hock. His pasterns however show a slight dotting of black before cutting off to black hooves - quite the contrast to the front legs.

Regalia's mane and tail differ like the sun and moon. His mane is braided into tight, neat plaits that lie on his neck rosetted and creating a thicker neck than he truly has. The forelock is loose while the length is of medium expectation - trimmed regularly to keep it from his eyes, the texture of it flowing and smooth. His tail meanwhile shows all the tones of cream with it's whole length free of any braids - though occasionally he may plait it up into old roman-style when doing battle. Regalia's tail it not as long as most, but is thick and healthy looking without any debris or dirt within it's confines. It is always kept well away from the ground using a high tail carriage.

A general in name and in personality, a man who saves damsels and destroys kingdoms with the same breath. Regalia seems to fear nothing, keeping his head above all the whimsical imaginings of folk. Loyalty and honour are his sworn policy, etched into his being and countenance. Regalia's most unique trait is his ability to press on those the importance of loyalty. With this ideology he keeps his family close and guards all those of importance - his sword forever guarding the crown.

Regalia admittedly falls short with his pride and confidence, but he does not show arrogance in his demeanour. Regalia does not talk much, his mind often busy whirring with the cogs of deduction, his eye finding every detail and analysing every move. Despite this he has a humorous, fond side that often leads him into attachments with others while his heart aches for a lover with whom to share his military burden.

Like a chess board Regalia thinks in black and white, never colouring the situation into what it isn't. A straight shooting arrow who quickly gets to the point - while further drawing from the military-esque game Regalia thinks much in terms of strategy. A devoted student who studies scriptures and books of long forgotten battles with a lust that consumes him until the candle gutters in the tallow.

Regalia's beyond his military lifestyle is a kind soul, who is friendly and forever nurturing the purity and peace within a kingdom. Though he does not admit it he wishes to find another to settle with and to live a quieter life, but none have found him as such.

Along with his kind soul is a man who enjoys merriment and parties, his hooves often leading him to gatherings where the drinks are rich and the talk richer which has found him once or twice swept onto the dance floor with another.

In this coveted time Regalia's mother taut him his letters, urged him to read all his could, adore that about him. Regalia quickly learnt his letters, how to read and quickly caught the bug for knowledge. Beyond this Regalia's mother taught him herb lore and dabbled in a few foreign languages which help him to this day.

When it came to parting with his mother Regalia did it with courage, saying goodbye to his mother with the promise to one day see her. The young colt followed his father into the cruel embrace of the army. Underneath his fathers keen eye Regalia excelled at fighting and strategy. He quickly learned and honed his skill and gained a spot on an legion. He spent five years among the army, learning and was then released from it's service to be able to wander the world
