glowering, and quite mirthless. though relatively diminutive, she holds a rather austere and commanding presence. it lays in the anguine make of her features, the predator lurch of her brumous eyes. though dull in hue, those eyes are piercing: a snowy cast against ocean shorelines. full of suspicion, of preternatural knowing. she is slim, doe-like in build, set on lean, and lengthy limbs. from her withers come a set of feathered wings in the same monochromatic storm cloud blue. very near to the very naturalistic grulla of more primitive make. they fade in hue, and shade with the reach of her prime feathers. touched by the sun, and appearing bleached as a result. her legs carry darker striping, below the knee. the mane, silky, falls as though obsidian threading, fading into a gelid blue. the same would be said of her tail, had it been allowed to grow further. it remains cropped shorter, and dark. across her brow lay ashen markings, unclear though runic in appearance. adornments include gilded chains, looped thrice at her neck, and another along the left hindleg. a birdskull is carried also at the base of her neck on a throng of leather, a fallen familiar: a beloved raven, Hræsvelgr with whom she believes she can still commune with.

undead, undead, undead -- she is unmoved. cast in indifference, an apathetic soul: not one to fawn, or be given to the sways of saccharine, gentle nature. a chill, the passing of a final breath. while most can find themselves brutalized by the tantalizing, yet crude embrace of passion and want -- she is a world apart. a figment, a true wraith, that straddles this world and the next, ignoring the finality of sweet mercies of simple company and instead fixed to her obligations of duty and little of want. she would not deign to stoop into the casual exchange of word, hers carry might. never with bravado, never with the heat oft employed by others of such sick passions. the words, when they are birthed from her dark lips, come filled with the spirit of a rose. faintly adorned and swaddled with care. the humble lilt, daring a breath too much. twelve chords, of tepid sins brewed in the sweet, ardent liquor of foreign passion. there is no need for them to rely on brawny haste, deep or filled with demand. it's art is found in it's logic, it's reason, in the carefulness of her tongue and it's modest volume. the reservation is unnerving, lacking everything but the refined austerity of old nobility: cool smiles being the most boastful of light gestures. a well-made mask, forged and wrought with gore. a patient dagger, starved and pained by it's own existence. staved, quieted only by poise. and perhaps, therein lies the logic of this dark host; her masks, her refinery. a play, carefully hewn to stow away paradoxical horrors, of the many ills that lounge and lurk in the dark corridors of her mind, her heart, and soul.
