[Upgrade for existing magic, Light | effects of her song are more powerful: can sing for a longer amount of time without tiring]
[Upgrade, Water x Light | can alter the density of rain by song]
[Passive, Earth | if genetic mutation and passive magic slot are gained, move Earth magic to the second passive slot]

(oh gosh this is getting complicated)
if the passive mutation is gained and her earth magic is made passive (thus freeing up an active slot), i'd like to give her this active magic:
[Earth x Wind | Can create weapons made out of flower petals. Only able to animate three small weapons (the size of an arrow or smaller) or a large weapon (the size of a longsword) at a time.]
