UM idk how to word this but basically I want to make Ink be able to bestow markings/tattoos. I know from a previous character magic discussion with Tamme that no permanent changes are permitted, but I was thinking with this he could just be another means of acquiring markings you get from your markings pass anyway? Otherwise they're temporary?
If preferred perhaps an upgrade could be the ability to do different colors (just for this markings magic), since his theme is... black. Or an upgrade would be longer time, or upgrade be the ability to utilize markings passes, but otherwise start with temporary only?

I think that as long as the player who is getting the marking is using a pass, then this magic is fine!
