[Restrictions] Can only shoot one bolt at a time and the bolts are only marginally accurate Active Magic [Fire X Wind] Ability to create a firestorm that consumes the immediate area around him up to ten feet in diameter. Can cause severe burns to anyone within that range and will set thing on fire.
