That's really up to you! Most people talk in their shifted forms, some characteristics like prominent markings can carry over to your shifted form if you want, etc.

I have an interesting question. Astarot can turn into a blue jay, a small and light bird. He has gliding rules since he is an equine. My question is can his dragon carry him in bird form on her back? She would out way his tiny bird form by 34ish pounds(math=eww).

@Vezér that would make the dragon very non-aerodynamic so while us it's possible it would stuggling flight.
@Astor if you want to keep anything from the bear/npc an item pass is needed, if it's just an "npc item" for the thread then no.

Liquid time is a thing, however until you complete the threshold thread your rank will not be changed to herd/outcast to allow you to post elsewhere. So just that first thread needs to be completed then it's all liquid :)

They cannot fly! They are limited to several feet off the ground and only do so to travel with their land bound companion. However, they can swim forever in bodies of water like real whales, which is pretty awesome!

I feel like this may have been answered before, but I just wanted to run it by you guys because I couldn't find it anywhere. If a character needs healing (say, lost all of their memories and needs their horn fixed) is that something that I need a VOTG pass for?

You can use a VOTG pass and you'll get definite healing. Or you can show up and they might randomly appear!
