[Magic - Fire x Shock: burning red lightning that begins fires, limited to only 3 strikes in one lightning strike]
[Magic - Fire x Dark: creates heavy ash with the ability to choke and temporarily blind, limited to 10 metres]
[Item - Medium: intricate golden mask to cover side of mutilated face]
[Marking - glowing orangey/yellow marking (design to be disputed) across part of body (most likely neck and shoulders] - if possible
[Amulet: Sun]

the lightning would be more of a time restriction vs. amount. 30 seconds/10 m probably.
The ash would have to choke or blind, not both until upgraded!
