Seasonal Creator Meeting? - Anzanie - 09-22-2015
I've been having thoughts about how we could expand the meetings from the simple leader to herd member, and actually perhaps going on a little inspiration from one of my favourite book series, Warriors, where they have their medicine cats meeting up once every month to meet and discuss things etc. Only what I propose is a meeting once every season in a chosen place (no herdlands but in the wilds) where all the creators from each herd can meet and discuss things, trade items, etc.
For now I'd like to see if anybody would be interested in this?

What if it was to begin on a specific day of the season when a pop up bulletin on the top of the page appears and leads to the link of the meeting post? And the bulletin could (if possible) only appear on characters' pages who are creators or else it remains a private meeting so only characters of this field will post?
I'd absolutely love for this, could also create small ties within the herdlands that benefit the characters against enemies or attacks, etc!

Perhaps if it was to fall on every alternate season? Or during one season? I'd leave this up to the admin team as they would have to keep tab of it!
But I've ALWAYS wanted a Warriors-style meeting to take place. I'd be happy to see it occur in other fields but I think it would be a rather unique thing for the creators!
ANOTHER QUESTION
Would the meetings be kept secret from everybody else in the herds (so, in a sense like a secret meeting but obviously with no malicious intent against any herds) or would the meetings then have to be reported to the leaders of each herd? Would this make it too complicated, so should it then be optional to report it?

Secret meetings are more fun, and I could see objections arising from herds in general if information and services were extended to others outside the main herd. x3
If there's interest, perhaps the Warden (Lace's and Dröm's outcast peacekeeping group) could play host to these kinds of things? They would definitely encourage it, and I could def see them hold gatherings for more groups than just crafters or healers. :)
