Active Magic
Time - The ability to slow down time for herself and any of those touching her a span of 30 seconds. Those unaffected do not notice the change, other than those affected look as if they have frozen in place.
Light - The ability to lighten the mood of those around her, not forcing them to be happy, but giving them the impulse to smile or laugh.
Time x Water - The ability to alter the volume of water in small/medium-sized bodies (ponds, rivers, small lakes, etc). Can make the water ebb and flow, making deep water shallow, or shallow deep.
Passive Magic
Light - Ability to brighten a room, as it were. As she walks by, others find themselves relieved for a moment of their heaviest burdens, or the tempers deflated during a heated argument. (10 foot radius, perhaps?)
