blue moon girls - Frost Fyre - 09-12-2016
RE: blue moon girls - Kiada - 09-12-2016 Kiada the truth is what i make of it That stupid serval. He had the filly’s mind working, shifting the gears in a swift succession. It continued to push and pull at her, putting her mind in an endless whirl of hatred and anger. Khairi was feeling the flush of frustration through the bond, his pristine pelt covered slightly in stained blood, specifically near his feathers and face. It accented his already blood red eyes as he flew above his bonded, scouting out anything that might peak interest – anything that might distract the poor child from the suffocating thoughts enveloping her mind. It was annoying to the vulture, how she could be so upset with such a trivial thing. He wanted to calm her, to tell her there would be another chance. But it was upsetting in the fact that she was there among so many others – her brother even, and had confessed such a private request. She had shown weakness, for what? All in the name of possibly speaking with the Gods? Would it even be worth it to speak with them anyway? She had so many questions involving the gods, and what they did that directly affected the world she lived in. She was young, and naïve. And with a soft sigh, she found her way stumbling among sands, deserts, and dunes. Khairi squawked to her to take her attention, and the little painted filly lifted her inky head for the first time in what seemed like hours. Oceanic gaze drifted to the world they suddenly found themselves in, taking in the immense amount of water seperated only in their little shallow pools and the salt spray that hit her face. It reminded her of Father, and oh how she missed him so. She was growing larger, her tail beginning to grow into longer tresses as she began to lose her baby fluff. It was making room for the start of a winter coat as Orangemoon began to make the nights chillier, it was definitely noticed in the Basin. Her legs were longer, a bit more muscular as they carried her along, the flames among her back flickering in a sudden shift from wolves to deer. Her curiosity piqued toward the sight before her eyes. And soon, she realized with the help of Khairi, she wasn’t alone. She then began to seek out the creature that had captured the vulture’s attention, eyes settling softly on a spotted woman she remembered as the Basin’s Haruspex. Ink dipped daggers carried the filly toward the woman, curious that perhaps maybe she might be able to get some answers to the questions that dug at her mind. A smile grew upon her pink splotched lips as she came to a stop, a grateful amount away from the mare if she weren’t to be in a good mood. “Miss Frost!” She called out in her childish whinny. “What is this place?” She questioned, looking around once again in a surprising amount of excitement and bewilderment. "Talk." fixed the issue lmfao <3 RE: blue moon girls - Frost Fyre - 09-12-2016
RE: blue moon girls - Kiada - 09-12-2016 Kiada the truth is what i make of it Khairi, after scouting out the land before them and its endless mirrored pools, swooped back toward his bonded as she greeted Frost Fyre. He landed effortlessly among her back, digging talons into the ever familiar placements of her withers. The filly offered the Seer a smile, her gaze turning to the cerndyr that she had as a companion and nodded her head to the other, while Khairi crooned a hello to the both of them – easy enough to say hello without getting fully in their business. Then, as the Haruspex began to speak to the child, the vulture began to preen his feathers, working on getting the little bits of blood off of his otherwise flawless feathers. Kiada kept her attention entirely on the spotted mare before her, and how much she reminded the child of her mother. Be it the spots or the straight horn – as Kiada’s own horn began to grow crooked – she wasn’t sure what it was. Yet, she amused the mare by smiling and nodding as she teased her of being lost. It wasn’t something worth getting upset about for the moment, but she would remember it. It wasn’t something worth putting to the forefront of her mind like the serval’s business had been. And so, after she asked the question of what the place was, she stood and listened – looking around for the remains of the god that had fallen, wondering if perhaps it might’ve been around her. And if so, if Khairi would like to feast on the remains of a god. Her ears were tipped forward as her ivory striped onyx head surveyed the woman and the story she told, nodding along in curiosity. “It’s pretty.” She murmured, sidling closer to the mare as Khairi continued to preen. “The Rift? Are there more lands like this that came from them? And of the gods, how many gods does Helovia have? Did each one have a part? Or is the Sun God the best?” Tilting her head, her gaze was wide and intent on soaking up information. “I met a tierboskat in the Rotunda. He asked us if we could ask the Gods one thing and have it come true, what would it be? I guess he didn’t like my question. But I don’t know anything about the Gods, I don’t know what I’d really ask given the chance.” A frown found her lips as she turned her head away from the Haruspex. “I didn’t know they could do this.” She motioned with her head, talking of taking a land from a different dimension and landing it straight here. "Talk." tierboskat - Serval @Frost Fyre i derped, so I edited my last post so it made more sense. xD |
