Verm panicked like a BOSS in the Bogart Thread. I'm interpreting this stealth as how to handle a patient like him ^^

Has met d'Art and Torasin

RE: A Nurse's Guide to Medical Procedures - Cormac - 01-23-2013

RE: A Nurse's Guide to Medical Procedures - Official - 01-23-2013

Because Stealths are not simply OOC events, Cormac's quest will be taken into account. Please note that you will have to provide an explanation for how Cormac was able to attempt this stealth, or successfully carry it out should it pass, while he was within the water. If no explanation is provided, it will be assumed he left the water and his quest will be voided. As you have already begun the stealth, it cannot be rescinded and an explanation must be provided.

RE: A Nurse's Guide to Medical Procedures - Cormac - 01-23-2013

Yes, I kept this in mind when creating a stealth. Should it be passed and should it be agreed, an explanation will be provided and organized with the captive.

RE: A Nurse's Guide to Medical Procedures - Cormac - 01-26-2013

I actually believe this is void due to a misunderstanding of the rules.

"Once a character has received the new companion from the Random Event, a 2 week count down begins. In this time the companion can be given away or stolen through plot or challenge."

This was aimed towards d'Artagnan's hellhound. I thought that unbonded could be stolen, until recently.

1. Be authoritative, calm and to the point around patients. DO NOT LET THEM PANIC.
d'Artagnan is described as seemingly calm, gruff, and authoritative.
2. Needles should be disposed of after use.
Unicorn reference.
3. Some patients feel faint at the sign of blood. Distract them!
Blood= coloring as blood bay. Distraction is mental bond.
4. As a form of distraction or mental calm, it helps to have a few books on hand at all times.
"Distraction or mental calm"- reference towards a companion bond. "Helps to have a few books on hand"- reference to it being on the person.
5. Magazines are also very useful and can provide the reader with a sense of connection with the people within.
Sense of connection = mental bond. People within/magazines = companion.
6. Keep everything in a room extremely sterile.
Fluff.
7. Patients should be carefully monitored.
Patients is another companion reference.
8. Always keep an excellent impression with the doctor.
He is the doctor, as well as being on good terms with Psyche.

RE: A Nurse's Guide to Medical Procedures - Tamme - 01-26-2013

Void.
Stealing of unbonded companions is still being adjusted. As we have said many times before, all items and unbonded companion stealing is currently on hold.

Furthermore, Deimos block d'Artagnan, which would also void the stealth.
