Yes, it would just stay on your prize record and you'd update admin once you apply it to any character, and that would define it being 'used'

I adjusted the magic, as you were explaining 2 very different type of abilities. I leaned towards the gravity aspect of it, but if you want to adjust to focus more on the pushing/pulling away, we can alter it. But gravity is essentially, density and more of an up/down change, where as pushing and pulling and less effect on heavy things is more telekinesis or magnetic effects (but not the same magnetic of gravity).
