GAUCHO

I'M THE END OF A HITCHCOCK MOVIE
A LITTLE DARK AND A LOT CONFUSING.

Continued from this thread.

That one look was all it took. It might have taken far less in fact, but Ampere was never one who simply met the minimum. She never just appeared in his thoughts, but instead took center stage. From their very first meeting, their interactions had been anything but casual. Even in situations surrounded by their herd, a part of Gaucho's mind was always focused upon Ampere. What the Wildfire had told Sohalia recently had been true: part of his heart had been won by her, and that position was impregnable. But a creature as primitive and primal as Gaucho, largely driven by carnal desire and instinct, had a lot of heart to go around. And a lot of something else as well. Sohalia owned part of his heart, that was true. But what of the rest of him?

As Ampere's shoulder melded against his, muscle against muscle, Gaucho felt a delicious tug against his mane, drawing his neck inwards, in to her. The movement was one his body readily accepted and yielded to, his direction of flight changing ever so slightly to bring his trajectory closer to her. In a flash of black and blue she was gone, drawn away, leaving only a tantalizing challenge wafting towards him. His gaze sought out her body, finding it appearing above and to the left.

Not for the first time on this flight all thoughts that didn't surround the blue drained from his thoughts, perhaps more easily now that Mara's slumbering mind was not aware of his intentions and so could not chastise him for formulating them. Not even the appearance of his oldest daughter - a physical reminder of the physical passion that had drawn him to Sohalia in the first place - could overcome the force of desire that rose high and heady in his loins, chest, and mind.

He would have her, one way or another.

A decisively determined grin parted Gaucho's dark lips in response to Ampere's question; his eyes alight with passion and need. He was more than up for it.

But of course the million dollar question was "what is the it ? that they were apparently both up for?

Black wings suddenly sought out his flanks with more vigor than was necessary for gentle gliding. Gaucho meant to increase his altitude, decreasing the distance between the two. Ampere was fast, likely just as fast as he if not faster. He had trained his bulk to move with speed, but Ampere's hardened and pragmatically constructed blue-adorned physique seemed to be built for it. Still, should she fly away from him he would enjoy the view, if nothing else.

His attack was reckless, fueled by an intoxicating need to have her close and feel her body against his own. His vision was dizzy with longing, a vignette of desire blackening his peripheral vision and heightening his focus upon her. As he rose, he swayed to the left, gaze focused upon the bouquet of feathers protruding from Ampere's rump. With a beat of his wings he tried to bring himself forwards while maintaining his position just to the right of her rump. Oddly white teeth reached out from behind his black lips, trying to find purchase on the skin just in front of her outcropping of dorsal feathers. At the same time his left front leg stretched out, meaning to catch Ampere's back right, so that it couldn't retract and kick. Should she struggle enough, the spikes that encircled his shoulders might find their way into her flesh. His right wing beat harder to try and keep his body aligned more or less next to hers. He yearned to feel the bristle of her tail and its assortment of feathers against his chest and shoulders, to meld the blue stripes that fanned across his chest with her body. Was his blue the same as hers?

Where Sohalia's body was pristine and petite, Ampere's was hardened and marred by blue. Where Sohalia was soft and supple, Ampere was hard and demanding.

It hadn't even occurred to Gaucho to ask Ampere what she thought of all this. He knew, somehow, that the burning thrill that pulsed and pumped through his entire body radiated equally in hers as well. Perhaps were his burned and ignited hers sparked and fizzled with electricity, but it came down to the same thing.

Didn't it?
