ORANGEMOON :: Year Eight
 ORANGEMOON cools off the lands with a a viscious force. Colder than normal, a sign of things to come during Frostfall, Helovia is bathed in a rich tropical lushness - albiet a cold one. The coastlines of the Dragon's Throat are pelted constantly by tidal waves, and the desert climate is humid but chilly. Ice begins to form early in the Aurora Basin leaving the winding trails slick and dangerous. The mists of the World's Edge coat everything in a glistening crystalline shine which encourages mould to grow everywhere. The Spectral Marsh is the only area which remains fertile, blissfully temperature and lush.

WEAVER, Corporal of the Aurora Basin, is a relatively recent addition to Helovia and has taken it by storm. Branded with the seal of Death on her chest, intrigue and interest follow both her past and present. Though she is assuredly beautiful, her sometimes sharp personality reveals that there is more to this uni-peg hybrid than meets the eye. Proving herself able on the battlefield in the Basin’s warrior ranks, we can’t wait to see her test her mettle against the looming Kaos happenings! Congratulations! |

Some c-box chat has brought us back into attention! Who would all be up for reviving our beloved Plague?! I still have Crash teetering on the edge and I know he would facking luuuuuuv to get his grubby little murder paws on another peg. *Cackles* Seriously though guys, we should try to get this jump started! Maybe as an outcast group now that plots and invasions have happened? Share your ideas and thoughts guys, we need to hear them all. <3

I don't want to be Captain Discourage, but with Bunnie gone, and most of the old group poofed/disappeared/dead, I'm not very tempted to bring this back into fruition, nor would I outcast my characters for the sake of bringing it back into Helovia.
We've attempted to restore it at least twice in the past year (if not more? D:), but nothing has really come of it. I know I'm too busy. I don't know if anyone else is willing to step up to the plate and lead it, or how many are left wishing to participate. However, Nev, if Crash Course is still an Outcast, there's nothing stopping him from doing exactly what he wants with any Peg (except you know, herds and the like ;D). I'm not sure if he would need the Plague's permission to continue assaulting - do you know what I mean?

I thought about that quite a bit after I posted this last night too Heather, and I actually agree 100%. Illynx was a huge role after Pysche left, and it really wouldn't be the same without her around. That and there's a huge difference now in characters, players and overall plot-wise that it wouldn't be the same. :\
I think I just got too carried away seeing that a few people missed seeing us around too. Lol.

As a fellow plague fan, I have to agree with heather. The plague appears to be for all intents and purposes, dead. Even its roots in the basin (the sentinels and the tent) are no longer for the plague only.
I don't think that should discourage from making a new group, though!

If you wanna try to start up a new group with our characters, I'm always willing to throw Rikyn about, especially as I am pro-antagonist groups. I love me some bad guys. ;D However, with the last couple of tries to get it up and going, I felt a lack of enthusiasm (in that I was pretty much the only person making threads, ect.) and so I'm sort of hesitant to even really push for a new group unless its something everyone really wants and is willing to work towards together. I do feel like the Plague is sorta dead - Mauja is no longer on the anti-unicorn march, Psyche is dead, d'Artagnan and Kou are both gone... like everyone except a small handful. It also became a relatively household name, unfortunately, and as Jen mentioned, has become heavily associated with a herd land which eliminated its clandestine nature, ect. If its gonna happen, its gonna have to be new, I guess is my point. xD

-coughs- Psyche's daughter is floating around, and it would be really interesting for her development to at least meet someone with the old Plague, or from a new group, and hear about her mother's legacy. Maybe someone could convince her to join, or maybe not.

I do feel like the Plague itself is sort of finished, and that it really did get a little too associated with a herd land. Maybe the older members could form a new group, if anyone would still be interested in that? Or nah? I'd definitely try and help with Crowley, who joined the Plague years ago.

@Prometheus is back, also, FYI. He was an original plague member, and is (as far as I know) still at least somewhat racist. I know @Ki'irha is racist as well?

I would be interested to see the mission of a new group. She is a little racist, but I can't see her going out of her way to be an asshole/kill others just because they aren't unicorns. She may humor the idea for a while, but it really depends the extremes the group would go for. *shrugs*
