Malaysia stretched and ambled away from her home, she wasn't going to go back there again. It just ended up in disaster whenever she did. She shook out her mane and continued out of the valley. She struck out at a rock and sent it flying down into a ravine. She was so frustrated with her failed attempt at having a normal family/herd life. She wanted to scream. She was drawn towards something but she didn't know what she was going to find when she got there. She was looking for another herd hopefully that wouldn't turn her away just because of her accident prone tendencies. She scratched her head against a tree to relieve an itch before she moved forwards. She finally reached the edge of the trees that marked the end of where her old herd called home and laid down to wait. She was going to have to learn a whole new set of rules but she didn't mind. If there was one or two hang-ups she would work around them somehow. A sigh escaped her as she looked over the valley that she'd called home for the last year.
She'd been chased out of her birth herd when she reached two years old. She got back up onto her feet and took a small bite of grass. She wasn't really hungry at the moment but she felt the tiny life moving in her belly and decided that it was best if she did eat. She would take care of her baby. She turned her head to rub against her belly. "Patience little one." She whispered. The stallion in the herd she'd joined up with last fall had taken an immediate interest in her because of her being a unicorn while he was just a regular equine. She'd watched as each member of the herd she'd, until a few weeks ago, belonged to had died from disease and wolves. She alone had lived and the tiny life she carried. A tiny kick against her ribs made her smile. "Soon little one. I promise." She whispered to herself again. She had decided to let the stallion breed her the following spring. She wasn't really showing her pregnancy yet as it had only been that spring that she'd chosen to have a foal. She turned her attention back to the valley below her.

The threshold began to burst with life once more. Newcomers seemed to be filing in endlessly, and Elsa liked having the job to take her mind off things. She didn't feel like she had to hide so much anymore, however, there was no way in hell that she wanted to come into contact with a Basin member. It was the last thing on earth she wanted to do.

So there she was, meandering about the threshold. Granted, she didn't do it without a little side of fun. The occasional fiery-colored leaf would fly by, trying to escape in the wind. Elsa however, would not let it get away. She ran, chasing, leaping and squealing after it like a little foal. This continued with many types of leaves, until a little maple leaf lead her into the presence of another.

She stopped suddenly, and shyly, before offering a timid smile the the unknown unicorn mare. The mare didn't smell of the Basin, so Elsa thought it safe to approach her. She was a slender, fall colored mare. Atop her head was a rack of unicorn horns, not unlike some of the deer that frequented the area. She seemed about the same age as Elsa, and smelled of unknown foreign lands. Elsa dipped her head and approached cautiously. "Hello miss, my name is Elsa. You have wandered into Helovia. If you're looking for a home, I can offer you one." Her words were kind, but quick to get to the point. Elsa liked talking, but loved inviting others. Being in the Falls made her like showing off her home. It was something she had never been able to do before. So Elsa stood patiently, awaiting what the mare would have to say.

"Words words words."
