Maybe this is just me being old and curmudgeoney, but shouldn't finishing a thread be its own reward? Remember, this game isn't about stuff, and even when we do have prizes, people don't aim for them all the time. As much as I love fully finished threads with exits, I also love the ones that end when they have to. It's an individual player decision, not one that involves the admin team.

Since it got lost up there, which is why this is a single idea only thing for my brain lol.

I think I've polled for this before and got mixed responses. Would you rather have a little bubble pop up on the site that you can close? A PM about new SWPs? An email about new SWPs? We have the "alerts" button up top, but I think that's easily missed. Would you click on the "alerts" button ( "!" ) maybe if it was regularly updated???
