Still limber and all fired up from her previous day patrolling the girl was on the prowl for a fight. Penna flew above her looking for a good spot. The snow wouldn't be a problem for her fire magic, but that would only make it slicker. So they went south searching for a warm area that might not have as much snow. She had a place in mind, but it still wasn't a guarantee. She was thinking somewhere around the Heart-caves, surely there would be a fairly thawed out place there. It had been a long time since the mare had been able to conjure her blue flames in a fight.
It didn't the duo long to find what they were looking for; a fairly clear spot. Perfect size, it would be difficult for her rival to get away from her hungry flames. 'Now all we need is an opponent.' Penna's always helpful voice echoed in her mind. Taking off the mare flew straight up making sure anyone on the ground would be able to see her easily. Taking a deep breath the girl let out the loudest whinny she could careful to let anyone know that she was ready for a good spar. As she descended Penna carefully settled in a tree out of sight. There was no need for whoever came to know he was there. It would be best for him to be an ace in the hole. Parelia liked it that way too. He would be less likely to get hurt, and she could prove herself.
