In the most north-western region of Loorien, past the frozen oceans and harsh winter lands lies the Isle of Giants. Isolated from the rest of Loorien, the land is a flourishing utopia of nature and magic, with it's vast peaks, dense forests and lush plains — it's regions are as diverse as the beast and equines that the Isle it's home.

While the name of the Isles are the Isle of Giants, it is almost exclusively known as Thal'Sharah to those who have never visited or have met Thalian natives in their travels. Thal'Sharah is the capital of Nor'Thalas, and the most populous region.

.: The six kingdoms :.

The Isle is broken into six regions. The land itself is entwined with free flowing magical energies, which have caused certain flora & fauna to grow to mythical sizes, as well as become crystallized in some cases. Giant tree's in which many cities and settlements are built into is common practice, as well as giant underground settlements for those who prefer not to be suspended. Those that choose to live on ground level often prefer a more nomadic way of life and move between settlements in the home region.

Nor'Thalas is the Moon Goddess' region, with Thal'Sharah as it's capital. The land is a dense mixture of trees, alabaster temples and glimmering pools of water. Temples & homes are built either into the giant trees or span via long bridges across patches of land between the lakes. It's a land which dances between the soft hues of twilight during the day time and clear, star littered skies at night.

Tel'Thalas is the Earth Goddess' region, with Tel'Naar as it's major settlement. The very pinnacle of nature, littered with lush groves of vibrant colours and peaceful creatures. Carefully placed structures serve as the inhabitants homes who are more often than not tenders to Nature and are responsible for ushering in new life to the forested plains. Healers and Sentinels often hail from Tel'Thalas, known for utilizing the earth for healing and stealth. The days are clear and crisp, and the nights moderately warm with cool breeze.

Al'Thalas is the Sun God's region,  it's mountainous and volcanic in nature. The animals here are hardy creatures and the surviving flora also thrive despite the harshness, the only greenery to be found are on the mountainous plateau's. Shala'naar is the capital of the region, built into the largest mountain which scars the skyline. Smiths and Warriors from this region are brutal and experienced, and make up most of the ground infantry/armor smiths of the Queen's Army. The days above ground are incredibly warm, and the nights bitterly cold.

Vor'Thalas is the Water Goddess' Region, built in the shallows and shoreline's of the region with smaller settlements build around the mighty lakes and floating water islands. The climate is tropical, with plenty of rain during the winter seasons. Vor'Naar is the capital of the region and is a great network of water filled temples which contain vast libraries of the Isle's History and notable lands outside of it.
