She fell, she hurt, she lived.
And through all the pain of her experiences,
she still had hope.
Springing after her friend before she got too far ahead the pale mare tried to think of things to say. It had been so long since they had been together and at peace but things had changed in the past months. Would Kahlua be able to handle to changes that had taken place in her absence? She was worried about her dear friend and only wanted her happiness but was that still possible in a world that had not awaited her return? Surely all of her friends and family would still remember her, this she was not worried about in the slightest but it was the others that made her worry. From her knowledge there had been something between the painted mare and Kaj at one point but how would she react to finding out he had erased parts of his memory? While she didn't know how much he erased or what the details were she knew it was enough to jeopardize her own close relationship with the palomino. Her heart belonged to him and she had made that clear but would he ever remember those three simple words he had shared with her making her heart soar to new heights?
Sighing softly she tried to shake the feeling of impending doom but it seemed to want to stick around just to make things all the more complicated. Following along quietly she wanted to give Kahlua the opportunity to think through things and talk when she was ready. She had so many questions already building up behind her that it was difficult not to blurt them all out at once and let herself ramble on and on but she somehow managed to maintain her silence. As they finally breached the borders of the Falls the pale mare paused for a moment to take a nice deep breath before looking out over her home, their home. Reaching her muzzle over to try and touch Kahlua's shoulder she smiled. "Welcome home Kahlua!" She said happily trying to be the one to lighten the mood and start things off right. She had missed having her friends around to talk to perhaps this was the beginning of something great once more.
