Levi could not stop thinking about him as it was truly the never ending thought in his mind. He really did not want to think about the horrible time her encountered Tio, but he just was appalled on how unacceptable he acted. How could he be such a jerk to challenge Kri? Kri, to Levi, was the best Sultana a herd could ask for. She was smart, clever, an amazing sparer, and took great care of her family. Tio just did not know how to handle someone like her since he seemed to have no social skills. Tio was not the type of horse that would stay loyal as he seemed to have no soul, no heart, and no brain. He was almost idiotic in a way and Levi wanted nothing more than to see him again so he could hurt him without Kri to help him. Tio was not going to ever take over the herd since he would not let him and he would most certaintly not let him threaten Aryel or Kri like that again. If he wanted a good fight then good, Levi would cream him and show him who would be boss.

His stride was slow, but covered much ground. He was traveling into the forest to find Phaedra and to notify her of the encounter with Tio. He wanted nothing more than They Grey to be safe as well as her and the Throat. He figured that he should notify Romani as he did for Faelene. The news needed to spread around to each herd so that they would be prepared as well. The Throat also could use allies that would be able to help prepare for the war that was coming. Levi was not afraid, in fact, he was excited to have the challenge up for grabs. He wanted nothing more than to show Tio who was boss and that his idiocy would bring him nowhere.

If he claimed to be such a good leader and fighter than why did he run away like a baby? He could not even take on three on one. Leaders should be able to take on more than three, almost a whole army. Shaking his head in anger, the brute let out an angry snort. “If you think you’re so tough Tio, then where are you? Bring it, I am ready to face you.” Levi kept himself looking around in anger half expecting to see him with Phaedra, them as a couple. He wanted nothing to do with Tio, but this was his moment, he knew that he needed to end this and end it now.

[OOC: Setting: This was originally in the Deep Forests and before Tio and Levi started to spar, we did not know that all battles had to be here. I have all the info down below on my second post since it would make no sense to have it here lol]

“If you think you’re so tough Tio, then where are you? Bring it, I am ready to face you.”

The angry snort caused the dusty ears of a dun stallion to flicker. The movement was all it took for the rest of his body to pop back into reality as the illusion of invisibility broke. The stud turned his head to catch the sight of the winged challenger making his clumsy way through the forest. The sooty stag recognized the other as that overconfident colt that he had run into in the Dragon's Throat. Had he not been pressed for time, and uninterested in battle at the time, he would have killed the boy for his cheek.

Ready to face me? Tio thought with a soft snort of amusement. He would have approached him directly, but the dun stud wanted to have a little fun with him first. He needed to practice with his new ability anyways. He'd gotten used to the disorientation of having his hooves disappear beneath him and was beginning to gain a finer control of his own movements so that he could stay still and hidden for longer periods of time.

Creeping forwards on silent hooves, the stallion stepped on a twig, breaking it, on purpose and then moved out of the way. He stood still behind a large bush and let his body settle into stone-like stillness. The magic worked quickly to render him invisible once more. He had already figured out that breathing and blinking the eyes weren't big enough moves to break the spell. He couldn't do much more than that unless he wanted to expose himself. He waited for Levi to come investigate the noise and when he did, Tio would stand behind him somewhat.

"You will never be ready..." The stud whispered aloud. He lunged forwards, his teeth bared to rip into Levi's withers. His forelegs landed on the ground briefly while his hind legs found stability. Rearing back, he struck out with his forelegs in an attempt to mercilessly batter Levi's wing and side. There were no formalities that preceded this fight, no sniffing of breath or hand shakes or good lucks of any kind. Tio was out for blood and the only thing he concentrated on was the feel of his muscles contracting as he made strike after strike at Levi's back.

Eventually, though, gravity called the stallion back to all fours and he fell onto the ground, hate clearly expressed on his face. He would rear back again and wheel away to land a few feet away from Levi. He panted a little but managed to still himself so that his body vanished once more. "You know not what you challenge, colt. I am the shadow of your nightmares."

Tio muttered, barely moving his lips as he kept himself still. perhaps Levi would think he had gone invisible to move. That was what camouflaged enemies did, in order to attack the victim from where they don't expect. He was hoping Levi would be too paranoid to realize the weakness of Tio's new found ability. As he stood there, still as a statue, he was incredibly vulnerable, mainly because the disguise depended on his stillness and should he move too much, the spell would be broken. All Levi had to do to figure this out would be to bump into him.

This is going to be amazing in more ways than one. <33

Attacks: Snapped a twig to get Levi's attention. Hid behind a bush to the left of the path. Levi would come to investigate, putting his back to Tio, who would attack from behind and to the left almost immediately as he spoke. Attempted to take Levi by surprise, lunging with his teeth for Levi's withers, and battering his forelegs against Levi's wing, rump, and back.

Defense: Leaped clear when he fell on all fours again. Stood still and turned invisible.

Injuries: None yet.

Truly raged with anger the brute waited to see if the stallion was actually here or if he would show. If Tio really wanted to settle something with Levi, then he was going to get it. Tio did not know how Levi actually was, he did not know that he was a Sergeant and he had magic. If needed Levi could make himself armor, in fact, he probably would. He would be almost invisible and he did not care if Tio had magic or not, it was just the fact that he would be able to fight him. Levi wanted to take him on man to man, but if Tio started to cheat, then he would use armor and he already knew that he was going to use his magic.

His thoughts were starting to trail off into Phaedra. What if she had been seeing him again? What if she actually liked him and wanted to be with him instead of The Grey. Levi did not think that Ktulu would ever let that happen. Ktulu was a strong leader, as so Phaedra had said, but the thing was you never knew with Phaedra because she was such a flirt. The grullo was positive that he would try and seduce her or vice versa Phaedra would seduce him and they would fall in love blah blah blah. If that ever happened then Levi would ruin Tio’s little fairy tale. Phaedra was his first and Tio wanted to go around messing everything up then he was going to be a dead man. Phaedra, on the other hoof, would be a deceiver to her herd as well as everyone who knew her. Levi did not think that Phaedra would be so dumb as to do that, but it’s Phaedra you never know.

Blurring and stirring the truth and the lies, Levi suddenly heard a loud snap of a twig. Instantly, the brute knew who it was. He knew it was Tio, but he made it look casual as though he did not know who was there. With a smirk on his face, the silver steed looked around for Tio pretending he did not know who was there? Looking around his silver orbs really could not trace a single sight of Tio even though he was there. Giving a confused look Levi walked towards bushed inspecting to see if he was behind them. The sudden creepy voice of Tio made him spin around to see him facing the brute. Tio said that he would never be ready, but the truth was, Levi was always ready it was Tio who ran away from the challenge not Levi.

As Tio came towards him, Levi stood still with a smirk on his face getting ready for the battle. He knew on the inside that he would be ready to take him in no problem and he would wait and see if Tio was actually a good fighter. Lunging at him with his maw wide open, Levi reared up blocking his direct hit to his wing. Quickly moving downwards, the brute attempted to ram into his stomach while Tio was still rearing towards Levi. As he went down, Tio had got a hard strike, from his forelegs, to the chest and Levi let out an "ouff" sound as he went down. He was not quite ready to use his magic yet, but he knew that when it was the right time he would strike out his magic in a way that he had never used it before.

“Please, my nightmares had nothing to do with you. You threats do not scare me and you should be the one in fear. You have no chance again me fool so I don’t know why you are bothering your time.” As Tio continued to go down as well, Levi stood in front of him watching as he started to turn around about to thrash out. Levi quickly tried to mov out of the way as Tio made strike after strike towards his back. There was so much time between when he turned around and when he was striking towards Levi, that he only had gotten a few strikes on his back with Tio’s kick because Levi was smart enough to move out of his way. Racing to his left side, the brute thrashed out towards his rib cage with one powerful kick. The way Tio was fighting was like a baby, he should have only stoke once, not many times like that.

As gravity pulled him down, Levi went to turn around, but Tio was gone. Levi had not seen him appear, but had a feeling that Tio had passive magic or some kind of magic to make himself invisible. “Oh no.” Levi yelled with sarcasm Where’s Tio.” Sputtering a silvery laugh the brute knew that he could do. “Tio I know you are there I am not stupid. So that’s how you want to play, with magic then fine we can do that. You have no clue what you are up against mule.” Suddenly making grains of sand and stone rise behind him, it almost looked as though there was a giant wall forming. His eyes narrowed in the direction in which he heard Tio “You are weak for having to use magic to make yourself invisible, if you were a true fighter you would fight me head on and both of us would not have to use anything.” Crackling sounds pierced through the air as a giant wave of sand and stone were brought together by Levi. Taking a pause, he closed his eyes and out of nowhere he shifted the wave towards the direction of where Tio was. Levi attempted to have them strike him so that Tio would learn something. That was Levi’s plan, to show Tio that he would be able to find him no matter what, if the granules hit him, then he would see the outline of Tio’s body. Invisibility would not be on Tio’s side today…

[OOC: Yes this is going to be amazinggg<3 Get ready >:P

Just remember also Loon that when you spar you need to always remember to say what direction your char is going and what direction your character is hitting (left, right, or both) because I was a bit confused on how you worded your attacks since I did not know what direction you were going in. Also try to keep attacks more realistic. (Take hits, keep it smooth, etc.) As will I:) Other than that great job!

If you want to, we can keep a summary, but its up to you :)

Summary: Summary: When Levi hears the snap of the twig, he knows that Tio is there. Looking around from him, he does not know that Tio is directly in back of him. Turning around to face Tio, Levi reared, but it was almost too late. Tio had already been there and luckily Levi blocked his maw from biting his wing with his hoof. As Levi went to go down, Tio stroked back with a kick with his forelegs that hit Levi in his chest. Levi felt the harsh pain with an amusing “ouff” sound. As Tio was still rearing he attempted to ram into his stomach and then moves out of the way as Tio came down.

Next, Tio had thrashed out at Levi with his back legs kicking at his back again and again. Levi was hit in the withers by a few kicks while moving to the left of Tio before thrashing out to his left rib cage.

Finally, Levi challenged Tio to use magic as he told him that invisibility would not be on his side, since he would be able to trace him with the grains of sand. Collecting specks of sand and stone, Levi attempted to throw them towards Tio in the direction of where his voice was.

Attack(s): Rears up to block Tio's bite from his withers. He also attempted to ram into his stomach as Tio was still rearing. Then he went to his left side as he was striking towards Levi and Levi thrashed out a powerful kick towards his left rib cage.

Injuries: Gets a strike from Tio's forelegs on the chest. Also gets kicked on the back a few times, so his back is very sore.

Defense: Blocks Tio's bite to his wing by rearing.

"blah blah blah."

The stallions counter attack was strong, Tio would give him that. The dun stag gasped as hooves crashed into his right side, forcing the muscles to ripple as they absorbed the impact and he felt his ribs scream at him in agony. The stallion had also barged into his stomach as he had been reared back. Winded, and bruised, Tio found it hard to calm his breathing enough that he could stay invisible for long. As he stood where he had landed, he kept flickering in and out of visibility. He watched Levi, his green eyes gleaming in the dim light like pools of acid. The stallion was young, in his prime, whereas Tio had left his prime years behind him. Experience was his friend, and with that, he had critical thinking to his advantage. While the brute strength of youth was on Levi's side.

Tio took a single minute to come up with his next attack. He did not have offensive magic in the sense that Levi did, and as he watched the sand begin to rise he also noticed a flaw in this plan that Levi was concocting. The sand that rose up, forming a wall, had to weave around the trees which anchored themselves to the ground with roots that dug in deep. The kind of sweeping attack that Levi was setting up was suited for an open battlefield and the forest was a natural inhibitor to the challenger's actions.

What the sand wall did do, was inhibit the dun's eyesight so that he could not see very well, hindering his aim and everything else that would tilt the scales of this battle in his direction. In that sense, Tio chose not to act and to act at the same time. He moved only to shift his position, bracing himself for the attack and anchoring himself to the ground as best he could so that he would not be swept off his feet should Levi decide to send the wall at him in an attempt to knock him to the ground. Tio closed his eyes so that he wouldn't get sand in his vision, trusting his sense of smell and hearing to track Levi's movements.

As the wall of sand struck his left side, he staggered sideways with the force, feeling granules of sand scrape his pelt. Thanks to his actions, he did not fall or stumble far before regaining his balance, but the sand had left a long scrape in his side, causing beads of blood to stain his sooty coloring and the brindle slashes with crimson. The stallion turned then, knowing his predicament was bad. He flinched slightly, shaking off a cloud of dust as the layer of sand either was shaken off or dug deeper into his coat, and irritating the wounds. The older stallion felt battered and he knew very well that he wouldn't be able to keep this up for long. Still, he refused to give up like this, and he placed his agonized feelings to the back of his mind, refusing to allow his thought process to be influenced by pain.

He narrowed his eyes at Levi, his head low as he panted hard. "I'm getting too old for this..." He muttered to himself before he bolted forwards again. Rearing back, he struck out with both hooves towards Levi's face. He did not stop there, he paid close attention to where his hooves were aimed and battered his hooves repeatedly against Levi's neck and shoulders. The force of his blows was tempered by the pain he felt in his bruised and bleeding sides. They hindered how far he could reach and how long he could stay in the air. He did the best he could with what he had, though. All the while his teeth were trying to get a grip on the back of Levi's poll, or his throat. Tio was trying to end this battle as fast as possible by going in for the kill.

Summary: Tio realizes he is too winded to maintain stillness long enough to go invisible for long and stands there flickering in and out for a while. He sees Levi gathering the wall of sand and realizes that he can use the environment to his advantage. He lets the wall come, bracing himself so that whatever the trees and bushes don't block of the wall won't knock him off his hooves with the force.

Next, he takes notes of his own condition and realizes that Levi is a lot stronger than him currently because Tio is both older than 10 years and also out of practice. Tio decides to end this quickly by using physical power and skill. He lunges forward at Levi, front and center, and aims a double-forehoof punch for Levi's face and then strikes his forelegs out at the other's neck, chest, and shoulders.

Finally, as he's in the air battering Levi with his hooves, he's also trying to get a grip on Levi's neck with his teeth, either at the back so he can crack the challenger's spine, or the throat to tear at Levi's Jugular. He is making a very real attempt to kill Levi in order to end the battle.

Attacks: Lunged towards Levi head on, reared up to aim a strike at Levi's face and proceeded to batter the stallion's neck, chest and shoulders. Attempt to bite at Levi's neck, either behind his ears, or at the throat.

Defense: Braced himself for the wall in a position that was between two bushes. Used environment to take the brunt of the magic, and took the remainder like a pro.

Injuries: Bruised right side. Slightly winded from having his stomach punched. Bleeding scrape on his left side.
