Elijah trots briskly up the embankment leaving large hoof prints, he got to the top and stopped and looked back to see the hoof prints making a trial and looks up at the sky as big snow flakes fall from the grey sky. He started to canter slowly just to burn some unwanted energy. He sighed softly as it felt great to run with the wind blowing his long mane and his large hooves crashing through the snow.

Elijah ran for about a half hour when the temperature dropped several degrees Elijah lifted his head looking for cover and smiled when he spotted a grove of pines he walked slowly and he arrived shortly to the grove. He went under a large pine and stood until the snow lightened up .Elijah sighed and pawed at the ground finding nothing. He wondered back to the edge of the forest and pawed for a while munching on some roots the something caught his attention. Another unicorn? A Pegasus? A Equine? Friend or foe? Will they hurt him? His mismatched orbs and his black ears focused on this figure.

Arah
It’s that though we learn from our mistakes we’re condemned,
To make those same mistakes
again and again.

Still not quite sure why she had traveled back to the Threshold, The Impersonator was shocked to find a blanket of snow covering the ground. She still remembered the first time she happened across the Threshold. So much had happened since then, Arah had changed as well. With a smooth gait she walked over the frosty ground, her attention was turned inwards, the mare was strangely pensive. Thinking she heard another around, Arah moved towards the sound. It was a fair way off but the mare of four years was used to listening out for the tell tale signs of another around her. It was mostly a defence mechanism, however she did enjoy meeting others. Everyone was strange and different offering new bits and pieces of information, able to share new and exciting stories.

She found the young stallion looking around, no doubt trying to pin point her. Cautiously she approached him, while curiosity burned inside her. His orbs found her figure, causing Arah to pause in her approach. Trust was not something that just came to the impersonator. Her bright golden orbs watched him, wide and distrustful. Still she did not want to pass up the chance of gaining a new recruit for The Basin. The horned creature was perfect to come to The Basin. "Hello." She offered her voice as soft as the snow falling around them. The ivory doe walked forwards closer now and sniffed at his cost, yup. Unclaimed. A grin settled on her lips, as she studied him. He was young but they could wait for him to grow, he would need to fill out a little more as well.

Elijah's auds perked as a white delicate mare walked towards him. He blinked his mismatched orbs and shook his head slightly, was she a dream? The young unicorn stag watched her she seemed nervous in a way yet curious. She approached him slowly her golden orbs wide with fright and distrust he snorted and lowered his glowing horned crown to her height and looked her in the eyes with a calm, kind and welcoming look. He studied her she was like no other he had ever seen, she had antlers like a male deer witch caught his attention right away, then it was her eyes golden like liquid honey. He smirked as he thought they looked like yin and yang standing in a deep bed of white soft snow.

"Hello" she said in a soft voice that made him relax and calm slightly, she would not hurt him. "Hello there ma'am, i am Elijah. Whats your name?" he spoke in his rich semi deep tone. He was surprised as the fea reached out and sniffed him and pulled back as a small grin grew on her lips. He was confused and mildly "Weirded out" but nothing he could over come. He shifted his weight slightly "So erm.. How are you today?" he asked awkwardly, what else would he do in this situation? He flicked his long semi wavy, black tail and tossed his forelock to one side of his face.
