I am a complex thread
woven on a simple word
(personality) He is a complex character
(trait? of some kind) He speaks in a very simple word structure
(both clues are very literal)
0 :: While not misleading or untrue, as Gaucho is a complex character; but, it is not a unique feature to him. Most, if not all, characters on Helovia can be argued they are "complex" in some manner.

(appearance ref) Raven = black bird, rust = brown ---> he's a bay color base
(species ref) Twice raven meaning that he has wings AND he is black and they are black wings

Setting up the word recombinant since it just means genetically made

Abnormal because he has more mutations, but normal because thy just increase the number of a natural thing (all characters can have magic and companions)
+1 :: I thought this mutation clue was quite clever. I thought of either this or a hybrid.
