315 = hands, nothing suggested you had rearranged the numbers in any way so this could have ended up meaning a lot of different things. If you had included some description as to how the numbers had been rearranged or what they were supposed to signify it would have been fine, but this is a clue only you could have really solved so, fail
2001 = 10-02, same as above only even more difficult for just anyone to solve. Numbers are valid clues if they're something that make sense, this to me is just you taking a number and scrambling it up which no one can really solve that so, fail
