Krazie, since you are on absent, you have to appoint another character to block the stealth according to absent rules.

However, the only rank that Jackal has appointed to block stealths is the sneak rank, so he would have to give another character the ability to block.
If you are here and able to post, then absent rules do not apply and you are not technically on absent.
Currently, the block against Romani is void.
