Spanish. This is a "key" to solving parts of the stealth.
You're a crane, The color "grullo" comes from the slate-gray crane, the Spanish word for crane being "grullo". Sulwyn is a grullo.
you're a stray, Sulwyn is a Mustang, the word which derives from a Spanish word meaning "stray livestock animal".
you're sol. This is a rather vague clue not pointing to anything specific, but rather setting a "theme", sol being sun in Spanish (and various other languages), indicating Sulwyn's name (Sun Blessed), her sun marking, and love for the Sun God.
And I'm coming to get you: chaotic spirit, lawful fellow, ultimately, good.
This is a play on alignments. Sulwyn is, in my interpretation, a Good character, but her spirit is Chaotic (valuing freedom highly, breaking rules, however a chaotic good often places themselves as more important than others, and would act selfishly to keep their freedom) whereas her.. social orientation seems more Lawful (always thinking of her actions will affect others).
