Although the brute had gotten to Helovia over a week ago, he hadn't traveled to far from his new home in the Dragon's Throat, and he hadn't ever planned to. But now he decided otherwise and went to venture the land to learn more about it. He knew he could not live somewhere and not even know it's own history, it was like he could not call it home if he did not learn. So Raven walked on, his bracelet on his front leg pacing up and down. It had come to very old and warn out, but he refused to take it off. It was the only thing he had from his past, along with the raven feathers that now rustled on the back of his neck as the wind blew.

Tallsun had been harsh on most of the steeds, but it didn't effect Raven much, seeing he had lived in a land much similar like this before. Yet, when he came to the Veins of the Gods, it began to become chilly unlike the rest of Helovia. But that did not stop the brute. He traveled on and stopped, looking around at the blue lava that now surrounded him. I should leave, this is a bad idea. Although Raven's mind resisted on going any further, the male kept going. His eyes caught a glimpse of a winged mare, and from there, he followed her. When they came upon the top, he saw another winged equine, only this time it was a male, and along top of his antlers, rested a black mamba snake.

Of course, Raven had seen a snake like this one before, on the other hand, he had never seen it resting upon a horse. Usually, the equine would run in fear of being bitten, but since the brute had arrived here, he had learned of companionship. Midas had a fiery bird, but Raven had never seen one that wanted a snake. His head shook and he tilted his head toward the dark stud, walking closer but keeping his distance between both winged Pegasi. Equines could not be trusted. They were dangerous in many different ways and could break a skull within minutes. And Raven didn't trust that. They would have to earn his trust first before he would ever trust them.

But the dark steed smelt of the Throat and so he nodded. The brute couldn't resist of his kindness, for he was a gentleman and it would forever remain in his veins. Raven walked closer to the dark figure and smiled, but was sure to keep a distance from the hard hooves they laid upon the male's hocks. "Hello sir, my name is Raven. Please do tell me, do you hail from the Dragon's Throat as well?" He spoke in a gentle voice before looking to the pale mare. He refused to talk to her, but if she came to him to talk, he would speak.
