Gaucho had not noticed the marking on her neck - though likely if he had, he would have been intrigued by it. There were many symbols branded onto his flesh - a bloody hand print on his left thigh, the blue stripes on his chest, and the ornate sun-like ray marking set against the dark flesh that lined his left eye. All of these things carried deep meaning - some from times long passed. However few actually asked the dun about the odd things adorning his body - but this was fine with him. Although the markings served their purpose, his actions spoke equally well. Did Meraki's action similarly spell out what her marking was?
