my heart is a hollow place for the devil to dance again</style>

So few come, but it is to be expected, as life is still slow and tentative in their emerald homeland. The first to arrive is a graceful pale lady with tears of crimson stained into her flesh, beautiful and strong of form. Lakota nods to her in greeting, expression calm and welcoming despite the lack of a smile that so many others would have worn at a time such as this. Artemis, as she recalls somewhat fondly. Her memory is as good as ever, and she remembers how the lass had battled bravely and loyally despite her status as a newer member of the Foothills. How she had stepped up so bravely to continue to contribute, and clearly was respectful and interested enough to have responded to Lakota's summons. "Greetings Artemis," rolls off her tongue easily, elegantly, and Aodaun moves to circle her in interest, keeping his distance at Lakota's urging. Best not to scare her, though Artemis did not seem the type to be easily intimidated, especially by a lovable little polar bear sniffing her out. "Indeed I'm Lakota. Today is a day for learning, and in my case, for teaching."

She is interrupted by the delightful- to her at least- arrival of another. He is newer, and she only remembers catching him towards the close of the herd meeting. His name escapes her, but he is kind enough to remind them all as Artemis had done, though Lakota had actually remembered the General's title. They are both pale, the antithesis to her own midnight and sapphire gown. "My name is Lakota, I am the double-titled Poisoner and Earth Medic of the Foothills, and one of the oldest members left of the Grey to remain here. This is a...small, apparently, teaching session on those two topics," she states, giving a small roll of her lithe shoulders to loosen herself up with a soft sigh.

Turning, she beckoned Aodaun with a silent call, and he ran to her side without hesitation to stride at her shoulder pleasantly. "To start off with, and do please walk with me, what do you two know about either subject?" Lakota calls this over one dark shoulder, white-patterned eye peering at them curiously as she begins to walk, flicking her tail amiably to urge them along.
