 Fear rattles in her small, splintery bones when the wind howls and curls around the group. The sneer faced, fowl smelling boy wanders off. Tangere can’t help but feel a pang of accomplishment; it’s her first taste of sending someone away at will with her own conjured venom. She very much likes the flavor… Her eyes roll back to the painted mare and next watches Abishia step into suit beside her. Tangere does not join at their sides; instead she keeps a few quiet paces behind, nodding and smiling to Abishia when the girl acknowledges her. They walk on and Tang remains quiet until the filly decides to share. The grey mare lacks a reaction, really, her mood is somber and her thoughts are elsewhere. All she can hope is that they get away from here – Abishia’s talents are not lost on her ears, but for now she cannot bring herself to contemplate what it really means. She taps her muzzle to Abishia’s shoulder and whispers into her warm skin. “We will speak again some other time, my dear friend…” And with a quaint nod to the other paint she dips away and speeds away on long reaching legs. She makes her way toward her home – her new home, that is. The darkness has forced the masses underground. The only marker that guides her is Gaucho’s dreamweaver; it tells her when to let herself slide into the ground. Into the warm safety away from the darkness that swallows Helovia.
