As the four successful and victorious cleansers of darkness made their way back to the Thistle Meadow, the earth turtle waited proudly. He smiled in a happy, turtle way and and hummed thoughtfully, meditating on their good work. He had heard from the birds and the whispers of nature that they had eradicated all of the remnants of darkness that had remained in those areas, and thus Helovia was slowly healing. He looked at each one of them, prepared to give a final task in order to determine the best caretaker for the egg. "Each of you has shown ingenuity and care for Helovia, and I thank you. Your final task is to show me how you will care for the egg, protect it from danger, and tell me how you will care for it when it hatches. Please consider your answers carefully!" |
