 A giggle slips out of her when he answers her bland question – there is nothing profoundly funny or clever about the answer, but for some reason it strikes her as rather humorous. Morning draws on for the sky and its subjects, the land lighting as it usually does when day breaks. “Two years.” He states in retort to another one of her mundane questions from before. She watches him catch his own brilliant eyes in the clear bubbling pools in front of them. The unicorn slides her chrome body down the rocky edge and into the restless warm waters. It clings to her silky fur, encumbering her with balmy calmness. His voice rumbles like low thunder and her chocolate eyes do not hesitate to find him, turning her slender face over her shoulder. “Since last Orangemoon.” She exhales, sending the steam around her swirling in different directions. She giggles to herself as she slips deeper into the pool, letting the soothing waters slosh over her withers as she pushes off into the small pocket of deeper waters. She swims for a moment, naturally slippery and graceful in the water – it is something she learned early and is quiet strong at. Quickly she dunks and springs back up; making sure all of her body gets a small soaking. Satisfied she pulls herself ashore and shakes the excess from her silver and white coat. She returns to her spot next to him and tilts her face to him with a shallow smile. “Do you have plans, Roland?” Her grin deepens and she pulls her hazelnut gaze away from his. “I’d love some company on a walk through Helovia…” And again her eyes find his, her ears fluttering to the sounds surrounding them while keeping an ear trained to his response.
