Whatever had killed her, surely had not done so easily. It was clear that the mare had put up quite a fight, and lost a significant amount of blood before life was finally pulled from her.
To whoever did this, this mare was likely only known as an annoyance that needed to be dealt with. But to the rest of Helovia, she was known as Vesta.
