Oxy Become Legatus: check. Meet with Rostislav: begrudging check. Go to the Throat for joint training: ……Yeah, like that's going to happen. You might be their Legatus, but you're not going to be their messenger bitch. And you're not really good at making friends anyway. All in all, you feel like heading over to that stupid desert is probably the worst idea ever. So what are you going to do? You're not really interested in losing your title just yet. You haven't had time to gain notoriety and respect. Ah, your life is a struggle, isn't it? But then it occurs to you that you don't have to do any of the work. Barking to your companion in your mind, you demand that she go find the tiny pony that you sort of... captured from the Rotunda that one day way back when. Having a slave about has been surprisingly boring. Your plans for a violent takeover have sort of been laid to the wayside, now that you've been granted your position. Still, you've suddenly found the idea of someone you can force to take your tasks on their shoulders to be very, very useful. Obediently, your invisible wisp begins to flit around the Falls, searching about for the little pony with the gold band on her limb. When she finally thinks she sees her, the boggart wisps down to the ground and morphs into a familiar set of flowers that bloom around the pony's hooves (if indeed she is there and has not moved away). Disappearing again, the boggart moves about 5ft away and blooms again, then repeats the process, as if trying to create a path for the pony to wander along. Secretly, the boggart feels bad for leading the pony back to you. Still, she feels that the Legatus position has been good for you and so anything to help you keep it is a good thing. You've been happier lately, less demanding, less vicious. She has grand hopes that you'll stay this way. As you hear crackles in the trees nearby, perhaps your boggart returning to you with the pony in tow, you turn your head and wait impatiently. @[Rayo]- For Kaiylia, figured we might continue our adventures here ;) |
