God of the Moon lady diamond in the sky
Darkness crept over the land, obliterating light from the sun until all that was left was the shine of their eyes and the solid ground beneath their hooves. Inch by inch the murky blackness receded, coming together into a single form. The goddess was beautiful, alluring and undeniably feminine with a graceful curve of her hip and commanding features. Swirling black ink turned lavender, solidifying into her figure until she stood, just as real as either of the two who summoned her. Eyes without pupils, an effervescent gray, looked between the two, frowning when she laid eyes on Tandavi. How did a mother so devoted give birth to a child so tainted by the sun? What an utter disappointment... The other was a lanky creature, hardly the muscular stuff of legend, and she shook her head sightly, trying to stay stuck here instead of where she should be, working. The goddess let her gaze fully fall on the child of disappointment, wondering just how much she should reveal to the girl. "Your mother is in a land of night, completing tasks for me and enjoying every comfort she deserves for her years of devoted service," the mare replied, not keen on revealing the truth or specifics. That Rishima was honored was uncontested, but where, when and how... well... that was only for the honorable to discover. "Anything else...?"
