Gaucho's gaze remained stoic and without emotion while both younglings spoke. His face was entirely unreadable, although the light from his wings and antlers made his gaze look far more ominous than it truly was. He wasn't surprised that his son had brought home a girl, although he thought he'd have more time before this stage of his childhood began. Oh of course it was likely just platonic now but ... Soon Rhoa would grow into a handsome young stallion, he already was quite handsome for his age, and good with words. The burning embers on his wings surely helped his cause, for who didn't like a good display of magic? Still .. he couldn't simply recruit every girl that caught his eye. Would this one be willing to contribute to the herd? To aid in gathering herbs and the like? To help Cera find stones for the wall?

"Good." Gaucho grunted in response to Spice's insistence that she was alright. She certainly looked fine, and he was confident that Rhoa would be able to seek out one of the healers should her condition change. Raising his flaming wings from his flanks, he blocked out the sun casting a warm golden light down upon the two children. The blue stripes on his chest became prominent as his muscles bulged with the movement. "Tihat me arthasolat.." He responded to his son, a smile parting his dark lips. "Rhoa say you want to stay in Throat." Gaucho began, turning his attention solely to the girl. His words were choppy, but rich and deep sounding. It was clear that the common tongue of Helovia was not his native language, given how easily the words he spoke only to his son sounded, compared to those he now sent towards Spice. "Is that true? You want to stay in land of Sun God?"

As Rhoa moved, Mara slithered onto the sands, her steel coloured body rising upwards and leaning against the colt's leg. Her black gaze scanned Spice, still looking for injuries that they might have missed. Confident that there were none (at least none that she could see), she moved back towards Gaucho, easily moving up his leg, onto his shoulder and finally back to her perch in his antlers.

Translation
tihat me arthasolat; It looked like she fell.
