Astrasza doesn't have to wait long at all, she hadn't noticed the stallion following her until her drifting eyes notice someone's shadow over her that is not her own. She spins around on all fours to see a bright red form hurling itself towards her like a falcon on prey. She is not afraid, but rather shocked into a primal state of battle mode. Astrasza squares off the stallion. Her body tenses and poised, wings arched, her ears flatten to her skull. She's withdrawn like a serpent ready to strike, firmly holding her ground. "Whoa, whoa, whoa don't do it. Don't you do it, pal." She utters to herself as she watches him. Suddenly the stallion puts on the breaks mid stoop and watches her. Ok, so he's not out to kill her then?
Astrasza keeps her front to the stallion, staring him down as he stares right back, but she walks a sideways shuffle away from him, slow and calm. Surrendering her space to him to reassure him that she is not looking for trouble, but if he pushes her she'll go out with her teeth latched to his throat.

Finally the stallion lands, presenting himself to her with a far less chaotic approach, putting her worries to ease. Astrasza catches a breath, letting her wings settle over her back again and her legs come together to straighten her body up. "Yo! Astrasza, throat newbie! What's up, pal!?" She yelled back to him "What's the big hurry there, eh? Thought you was gonna come rail me into the dirt the way you was flyin' there, bud." She lets herself wander closer to the red stallion. Her heart still races, shaken from the rush of adrenaline. Her attention is fully alert and on him, it seems for now he means her no harm.
The gap between them closes and her blue eyes have to look higher and higher at her welcomer. And higher. Shit, and I thought Buce was tall, But this stallion's head blocks out the sun as they come face to face. His body is all length. As if someone had taken each bit of his body and pulled it till it stretched. But what truly surprises Astrasza is the pair of arched horns on his face. One on his forehead and a smaller one atop his muzzle. Astrasza finds herself slightly intimidated, but masks the feeling under a calm stand and casual voice.
Her eyes are plastered to the soldier's pair of horns, like some ignorant child who was never disciplined for staring at someone's unusual features. What's with them horns on ya face? Aint ever seen nothin' like that, you part rhino?" Then of course she compliments her rude staring with a rude comment.
Not that she means any harm of course, but her sour mouth has no restraints.

OOC: She's actually suppose to be more of that mahogany color you mentioned :O I looked up the color and realized that's exactly the color I'm shooting for in her description. I'm aiming for the liver chestnut color with a dark, rich red kind of coat almost a slight purple hue. I'm not too good with color descriptions though, if there's a better name for it.
