"Africa" Tilney whispered, his smile growing. It was a beautiful name. But soon he was once again distracted by the beautiful orange, red and yellow flickering flames. He almost didn't hear her welcome him. Bronze lashes blinked over his shining eyes as they flicked back to hers, a soft laugh escaping his muzzle. 'sorry' he thought of saying, but that would just acknowledge he was acting very very odd.
He could tell that Africa was a worldly mare. She did seem a little older and much more wise then he. Already, he looked up to this mare. She was kind.
"you are!" He began after the waxen fae quizzed him, asking if she was the first he had spoken to. "I dont remember speaking to another equine for, well..." The stallion trailed off in thought, his viridescent eyes seeming to dull. "...A long time" He concluded, softly sniggering. It did pain him slightly though, thinking of how lonely these past weeks had been. He was a stallion who loved nothing more then to converse with others. "and no, I have not" He responded when he recalled Africa had also asked him if he had a place to rest.
