The bucket's handle jingles like a bit between her teeth as she trots along, hooves crunching into what remains of the snow. This was one of the first places she came to when she first entered Helovia, and naturally it is the first place she thinks of when they're told to fetch water. Her tail flails behind her, and beside her runs Dominus, looking less than pleased at the sensation of coldness beneath his paws. He has never experienced it before, and Nyx can sense that he is not impressed. But her focus is not on her companion. No, they've got a boat to catch, and that means they need enough moisture for the journey. She decides snow is the best bet, and when they come to a particularly large patch she lowers her bucket and begins to move backwards, filling it with copious amounts of the white stuff. Dominus sits primly down and looks at her as if she's mad, making absolutely no move to help. "" |
