The wind continued to whip around, causing an almighty storm. Perhaps the sheer strength of the winds was due to disappointment; he had expected more to arrive and seek the prize on offer. No matter, these four would do well for now. The egg and the raven reminded untouched, not a feather out of place and amusement burning in his beady eyes. They scrambled, panic was clearly painted upon their souls, mortals. Typical beings. Auriel captures the bird’s attention first, her high-frequancy scream piercing the air. It penetrates his hearing, causing the raven to tip his head back and let out a scream of his own in response- the wind eases slightly at the distraction and change in his movements. Yet it is not enough to stop the wind’s punishing onslaught, the brutal gusts of air still attack the adventurers.

Kipling’s earth amulet activates, the wind settles around the stallion instead aiming it’s assault towards the amulet. The raven wonders if the amulet will hold out until the winds have fully been subsided. The air around the chestnut stallion is filled with the scent of the amulet's magic, the raven inhales it greedily. It had always been his weakness…magic and amusing himself with those of a lesser intelligence.

The young yearling who is last to arrive braces herself against the tree. The raven screams a laugh, she does not stand a chance. "No, no, no." His turns his back upon the girl not wishing to waste anymore time on her.

It is as if the egg suddenly has a mind of it’s own, gentle and delicate in it’s movements it begins to roll towards Erebos. Shock causes the creature to stop his movements, his beady eyes watching the egg. The wind does not die down slowly, in an instance it has stopped completely.
Kipling’s earth amulet shatters as the world settles around them.
The Raven begins to prevent the egg reaching the dark prince, blocking it's path and using his own magic to hold the egg in place. He eyes the dark boy and then gives him a single nod of approval. This round the young boy has won.

"You wish to talk?" Looking at each of them with a scrutinising gaze it is a moment before the creature reacts in anyway. Another blood curling laugh sounds from the creature. Shaking his head, the bird wonders if they actually understood why he was making them compete in these tasks. If you asked him, talking proved nothing. Watching them struggle was also rather entertaining. "Surely by now you have grasped my idea of fun." Time for round two, it was time they began to think a little more like him. The raven has now happily settled beside the egg, he cradles it almost lovingly. "There are many treasures in this forest." Tap…tap…tap… Once again the bird has begun tapping the shell gently, as if counting down the seconds before another disaster struck. "Find one and return it to me before it’s too late." It was a thinly veiled threat. They would either please him or pay the consequences.

Your character must find an object from The Deep Forest and return it to The Raven. The object can be anything you think may please The Raven.

Arya has been eliminated! You may count this as a refusal in all future NSS drops.
