 Kiara It became clear really fast that Alleo was related to the mare with the polar bear. The way they spoke to each other as they attacked her. It hurt her deeper than any physical wound ever could. Why? Because the little roan mare would of lost her life to protect the ones that called the Falls home, even against those who were once a part of the Qian. She had been a fighter all her life, but she always protected those she cared for. Now to have one turn his back on her.... The pain was deep. Fight on. Others need us. Came Keiran's soft prodding voice in her mind. He was right. Just because Alleo turned his back didn't mean the others of the herd would. They needed her to fight on, to take Alleo down. The mud squished back and forth as they both shifted. Keiran flexed his paws, waiting for the right moment to attack while feeling the mud between his toes. Now more than ever they needed to become one with the earth they stood on. This was their home and they were going to keep it! For Vitani. For Sarabi. He chanted into her mind, reminding the little roan of who else they fought for. She quickly was forced to let go of Alleo's neck, her ears listening as he spoke. The words he directed at her fell like buckets of cold water over the roan. They were never his family. He never cared about them. If anything he used them. When his words turn back to his sister, Kiara takes the chance and bolts. It of course is made difficult by the mud, but Keiran is there to ensure she gets some distance from him. As Alleo gives chase, the panther leaps for the stallion's back as he growls. Should he make it, his claws would sink into any part of Alleo they could, while his teeth flashed forward to grab the stallion at the base of his neck. She takes the chance to turn her back to him and run while he speaks to his sister. When he charges her, Keiran leaps from where he stands to try and get on Alleo's back. Should he make it his claws dig into Alleo's back and his teeth try to grab hold of the back of Alleo's neck.
