He says he is glad to hear that neither of her creatures would attack, but it is with chattering teeth. Aye, she carefully watches the swishing of his tail and the matte look that rested in his eyes of some form of sadness. At least, she assumed it was sadness - happiness had always made eyes sparkle (or so she had seen in the past). She tries to explain her companions and he inquires as to how this stag is made of fire. There is a small laugh, for she had inquired about the same thing not too long ago. "Mineself believes tis a gift from thee God of Sun" she tries to explain before speaking of shelter. Aye, there wasn't too much around, but she had passed a thickly wooded nook and what appeared to be a cave on her way up here - perhaps it would be useful now. Before she could speak though, his name filtered in through her ears as well as the sound of foliage moving. Ardere flips - giving out a couple more clicks of joy (MORE FRIENDS?!) before the roaned mare speaks. She jokes about motherhood, offers her name, and asks if she could tag along. Badger seems to lighten up instantly before offering his name to the mare as well. A gentle smile is thrown in the direction of the pregnant mare. "Laedere, tis be Ardere, and thee fire-stag has no name," she says introducing this cackle of interesting things around her. "Mineself dost not mind. I hast seen a cavern amidst a thicket not too far from where we stand." She explained, Ardere already shooting off in that direction. "It shan't be affected much by thine rainstorm, then after ye can come back to a herd land to recuperate…" there is a pause, "That is, of course, should ye desire a herd…" Quietly, she began to turn back the way she had come, offering a gentle bob of her head for them to follow if they should wish. ooc goes hurr. |
