But if you close your eyes, does it almost feel like nothing changed at all?
Aye, there was a bit of banter back and forth between the two equines. And, truly, their lack of adornments confused the mare before her. She was so used to intricate patterns, designs, horns, and wings. She was used to them being covered in objects. Yet, both of them were rather… bare? Yes, she would call it bare for the moment. She didn't say anything about the lack of horns, lack of wings, or lack of items. A) because she didn't want to anger them, and B) because she wasn't quite sure if that was the way things worked around here. She spoke of the cavern nearby, offering it to both who had been a part of the conversation. Then, she moved off toward where it was located. "Tis but mine pleasure to be of assistance," she says in response, flicking her forelock out of her eyes and keeping her wings tight against her barrel. Lakota speaks of the herds, saying that she is from the Falls and asking if Laedere was from the Throat. Laedere stays quiet for most of the walk - concentrating on making sure that she took the right track and actually made it toward the cave. And, as Ardere stopped Laedere did as well. She shifted her weight, looking at the branches and leaves which were hiding most of the entrance. Ardere tried to pull some of them back, and with Laedere's good wing assistance was offered - opening up an entrance into the cave which was dry after the first few inches. "Aye, ye may enter headmost," she alerts them, offering a gentle smile. And, only once they have settled into the cave which was just large enough to fit all of them with Laedere still getting a few drops of water occasionally, did she begin to speak of the herds. "Aye, Lakota, mineself doth hail from thine Dragon's Throat. However, mineself used to herald thine Falls as mine dwelling." There is a pause before she turns back toward Badger, "Thine Falls tis under new hegemony that mineself twas not contented so mineself left to thine Throat. Aberrant kinds of hegemony seem to cloak thine herds here. Females seem to dominate monarch guises and fill virile guises as well. Yet, no one stag I have seen hath yet to try and lien multiples of effeminate nature." She shrugs, eyes flickering across the two visions. "Tis a comfortable life, with a steadfast conjunction to kinship. Tis hath made mineself starker…" She finishes with that, unsure of what else there was to say. There is a gentle pause as she lets out a soft breath, "If ye have specificity in thine inquiries mineself might be of more assistance…" Yes, that was how she would end it.
