Her song shifted as he joined her, winding into closure and then lifting up again into another tune. Something similar, but different. His own harmony adjusted easily to complement her voice, ears tilting forward to catch the lyrics.
Their path continued, shifting through gaps that allowed his passage, earning a quiet smile from the stallion that she accomodated his presence so seamlessly. Akaith came to rest upon his broad back, her weight welcome even while it was unexpected. It was not often that the golden queen graced him with the burden of her weight, and he found it a privilege that she chose to settle there. Was accepting and unbothered by the gentle fussing over his unruly mane.

But at the same time he didn't want to push her into anything. So he intended to hold this touch for as long as she let him.
