As Henrietta departs, the stallion before Caleb speaks, offering sarcasm. The winged brute has always known sarcasm to be the lowest for of wit, but despite knowing that, a smirk curls at his lips. In his deep, smooth voice, he speaks. "I'd say she was rather friendly." The beast pauses for a moment before continuing. "Afterall, she decided not to eat you." His eyes shift from the surroundings onto the stranger, giving him his full attention. Through his bound with Henrietta, he feels her concentration, watching, stalking, prowling. She'll find food within minutes. And in this cold, rabbits are sometimes plentiful. If she does not find anything living to kill, she'll sniff out a carcass.
His childish tongue would hold him back from great things. Caleb had never herd a lead say heck, but he did not rule out this stallion as a possibility for his home, especially considering he may be a valuable warrior, or maybe even a spy. The beast didn't care what he would be, but he seemed valuable, this Caleb would offer his land as a home to this foreigner. "You are in a great land known as Helovia, but if you seek more specificity, this is Helovia's Threshold, the only entrance and exit known to land animals." Caleb, despite how much he was on the ground, was a flight animal, and he was sure there were other ways for flight animals to come to and from the land, but had not truly asked around to see if there were other ways. "There reside four herds here, a southernmost herd known as Dragon's Throat, a northernmost herd known as the Aurora Basin- my home- and two herds between, the World's Edge and the Hidden Falls." The hybrid decided he would let that information sink in before he continued, assuming that piling on too much information at once would be too much to take in, thus become overwhelming.
