She was far from a good host. Lately she noticed that her hostess skills were not up to par. Having invited Achaius to live here, she let him little more than learn her name before falling off the face of the planet. Of course this was not purposeful, but that did not make the situation any better. She needed to right it before it festered into an idea that she was poorly mannered. Hoping that he continued to lurk around, she called out for him. "Achaius! I wish to speak with you if you are around!" Her voice rang out, as she settled into her spot next to the cliff. Edgar sat perched upon her rump, snuggled up for an afternoon nap. He was pleasantly surprised with this afternoon. The fresh spring air made him feel more alive. The world wasn't completely dead, but it also wasn't sweltering with heat. It was life after the face of death. The duo had moved into a new phase of their lives. Instead of fermenting in the death, they were starting to realize the joy that life brought. Not to mention, the brief break from sparring abled him to heal up both mentally and physically. It turns out that their respite from such activities was a good thing. They grew, and were now exponentially stronger than before. Elsa turned away from the ocean then, keeping an eye out for her bay friend. To her, he was easy to spot. He was one of the few that was not endowed with a set of wings or a horn. Unicorns, and even pegasi were known to feel superior due to their extra "limbs". Did that make equines feel super in superior? Or did they feel better because they were normal?
