The cool morning breeze was always refreshing but if you really wanted to clear your head a little dip never hurt anyone unless you were made of sugar, which she clearly was not. Tending to each of her wings individually to pull any broken or ugly feathers she proceeded until she was finally satisfied that she had not missed any. Giving them a good shake once more she watched as the water droplets fell to the ground still sparkling like their greater body did. Turning her head to observe what was going on around her she gazed around seeing nothing but boring landscape until the black figure caught her eye. Already a decent distance away the mare took to the air knowing she would cover more ground in much less time as opposed to galloping after him. For some reason he did look mildly familiar but from this distance it was a little hard to tell. Perhaps this little encounter might add some spice to her morning, if not she was always free to bug the hell outta them for absolutely no reason, either way she benefited so how could she say no?

Whatever water was left upon the dark hybrid's coat and feathers grew cold the minute she took to the wind carrying her up over the rocks and trees but she really could care less. The cold had never really bothered her all that much but if a little bit of cold bugged her hell was she ever living in the wrong place. That had to be one of the reasons she had taken the the Basin in the first place other than the whole living population being unicorns. The cold helped to keep most of the idiots at bay allowing her some peace of mind for the most part, well unless you counted dealing with the few exceptions in the bunch. No matter how careful you were no one could ever get rid of them all much to her sadness. The latest one she had run into was purely a stroke of luck for this one not only had wings and a horn but also the cocky know it all attitude to top it all off with. Thinking back to the Yeti escapade she couldn't help but chuckle as vivid memories of Caleb getting the stick tossed at him came to mind. If the Yeti hadn't beat her too it she would have much enjoyed the pleasure of knocking some sense into his fat ass. 

Descending slowly until her hooves hit the ground at a gallop she tucked them neatly before powering the remaining distance between her target and herself. As she drew closer she recognized the stallion as yet another one of her brethren who had thankfully shared a much similar opposition to Caleb's cockiness. Slowing only as she neared the stud she stopped a few paces ahead of him blocking his path so he was forced to deal with her. "What did you do get lost?" She questioned with a taunting gaze. "I can't recall when the last time you actually ventured out of the Basin would be. You feeling alright?" Again her tone carried the teasing ring to it. It wasn't entirely a joke as she was being for the most part truthful. This stud seemed to be more like an everyday attraction back home rather than the so called warrior he claimed to be. For now she would leave that line out considering she had the tiniest sliver of respect he had earned with their Yeti boy.
