It was a little strange for the mare to admit but she was actually starting to enjoy how this conversation was going. Since arriving at the Basin the only ones she had really talked to would be lady Illynx and the rare couple of others she had wandered into here and there. When the conversations only lasted a few minutes she found it much harder to recall the names of those speaking. Come to think of it there had really been no one that she had somewhat liked and could talk to on a semi annual basis. It didn't bother her all that much that she had not made any friends considering her life of solitude but to not have met anyone that even seemed interested to talk to her that was a little sad. Emotions had been something that had dissipated with time and the longer she seemed to be alone the more she was starting to forget what they felt like. The only emotion that remained strong until this day would have to be the burning anger that had began to build very early on in her life. She had never needed anyone to love or protect her so it just felt natural to stay clear of anything resembling those things.

Chuckling as the black stag continued to hold up his end of the conversation she doubted that she would ever forget this little yeti scenario. It was far too amusing to think about and remember the looks upon all their faces when she had actually managed to get a response other than getting clobbered with a branch. Oh how the female mind was so highly superior to that of the lowly males, maybe it would teach them to think with the proper head for once. Smirking at her own entertainment she turned her eyes upon the stallion once more as the topic seemed to change. Oh boy here we go again.. How many times would she had to explain to everyone that she really didn't give a damn about what others thought of her. " You never feel like an ant when you don't give a shit about what others say." She commented with a sly smile. Shall she continue to amuse the small minded? Ah why not, it was something to do after all. "I would rather die than go live with the rest of those good for nothing buzzards." Flicking her ears back she couldn't help the anger sliding back into her statement. Pegasi could all burn in hell for all she cared. They were hopeless morons that needed to be slaughtered if there was any chance of saving humanity and taking out the trash.

"Despite what you think you know, some of us actually resent being what we are. We didn't get a choice in the matter thanks to those that choose to betray our ancestors." Taking a calming breath before she let herself get too worked up over her good for nothing mother and her disgusting mate she paused to compose herself before continuing. "I have considered removing them many times but when one is forced to grow up a certain way you pick up tactics that can really save your ass. As much as I hate them they have their advantages in certain situations but I wouldn't expect you to understand." She spat out a little defensively before turning away unable to stand still and retain her cool. Everyone always assumed that they could choose the way they looked but truth was no one had any control over it. Turning herself in a circle her icy blues locked back to those of Nox wondering what he would come up with next.
