Still fumbling around with his zombie bird the brindled colt found his legs again only to get the hell away from the damn buzzard. The thing had been dead!!! It had touched him!!! OMG IT WAS GOING TO TURN HIM INTO A ZOMBIE!!!! He was too young to die and be a zombie, he wanted to live! Wait a minute... did zombies even die? Kicking his hind legs towards the bird again he hoped to deter it from trying to follow him and finish him off. Hooves carried him a few meters from the zombie bird before he slid to a stop once more. How did someone even turn into a zombie? Looking down at his body he didn't see anything much different than he was before... maybe the fucker hadn't gotten him afterall! Bouncing on his feet in sudden joyous relief he spun around to glare at his said zombie and the rest of its ugly minions. "You will never take me!!!" He yelled at it rather smugly arching his tail over his back.

Charging back towards the birds he couldn't help but whoop in joy as the birds turned and scattered at the very sight of him, or at least he thought it was him. The next moment a flash of bright light came streaking towards the largest pile of the buzzards sending them all sky bound. Turning his head to the filly he couldn't help but stare at her in amazement. How did she manage to do that?!? She had never told him that she had magic! Well to be fair she hadn't really told him much of anything including her name.

Eyes falling to the strange floating bow he wondered where on earth she had gotten something so cool. How did it fly? How did it work? Managing to tear his eyes away from his newest fascinating object he looked to where the birds had all been moments before seeing most of them flying away. "You did it! He called with a genuine smile that lit up his face as he turned back to the white filly bounding over to her. His heart was still racing from the zombie attack but so far he was no zombie so that was a very good thing. Sure he had a small little cut on his cheek where that damn bird had tried to turn him to the dark side but he had prevailed and beaten that dumb buzzard.
